In this renewal, we have revamped the system design to be easily expandable to meet future diverse needs, such as 4K support and multi-display operation.
We are also developing "UGC Clomoni" for launch starting in fiscal year 2026, working on mechanisms to utilize EC and SNS reviews at storefronts. With an eye toward long-term operation, we will continue to support the evolution of the in-store experience by building a stable system foundation and proceeding with step-by-step updates.

In-house information and business dashboards can be displayed "continuously"

A new feature has been added that automatically performs the login process when accessing web services that require login, simply by registering the URL, ID, and password on the management screen. This allows for smooth display of pages requiring login, such as in-house portals and work management tools, reducing the burden of office signage operation. Application

Once you have decided on the start date, expansion locations, etc., please contact us again. Formal orders require you to agree to our terms and conditions, and fill out and stamp the dedicated documents.

Delivery & Preparation Period

After receiving your formal order, we will deliver in 2-3 weeks. During that time, please prepare for your branch's communication environment survey, learn software operation, and prepare content.

Start of Service

Once you have installed it at the base and the connection test is completed, you can start using it.

After-sales Service

Clomoni STB includes a 6-month equipment warranty.
We provide careful support for questions about operations and in the event of equipment malfunctions.

Can it be used in places other than stores? (Offices, facilities, etc.)
Yes, you can use it.
Clomoni is used not only for store signage but also for information sharing signage for employees and users in offices, facility backyards, rest spaces, welfare facilities, and educational institutions.
There are many actual introduction achievements as in-house signage, and it is well-received by companies and organizations that feel challenges in internal communication at multiple locations and the digitization of notices.
Can you also handle the arrangement of monitors?
Yes, it is possible. We can provide a set including both the STB and monitor, so please consult with us based on your installation environment.
Also, if you already have a player (STB), we accept orders for monitors alone.
Can you handle monitor installation work?
Yes, we can handle projects across Japan. You can also leave the installation work to professional contractors.
Can I master signage even if I am a beginner?
Yes, please rest assured. Clomoni is designed to be easy to use even for those introducing signage for the first time.
With an intuitive management screen and support system, you can start operations immediately.
Do I need specialized staff for signage operation?
No, no special skills are required.
Since content registration and updates can be done easily from the management screen, it can be operated by on-site staff.
Is a trial possible?
Yes, upon request, we also offer a free trial introduction.

Usually, the initial contract takes about 2 weeks, and you can start using it in as little as about 1 week after application.

Can I use multi-display (connected display across multiple monitors)?
Yes, you can use the "Multi-display" option that utilizes multiple monitors like one large screen.
Utilizing 3 monitors as one giant canvas, etc., enables expressive power that cannot be achieved with single signage, and it can also be used for strengthening branding for stores and entrances.
Layouts can also be flexibly selected according to the installation space.
There are 2 patterns for introduction methods.
(1) "Monitor control pattern" (for those introducing a new set of equipment - low cost) using the monitor's own screen splitting function, and (2) "Controller control pattern" (for those who want to use existing monitors as they are - can be used regardless of model) controlled by a dedicated controller.
Even if you have existing monitors, you can multi-display with the latter pattern, so please feel free to contact us for details.
Is it possible to display on an LED display?
Yes, you can display Clomoni on an LED display via HDMI input.
It enables expression on various LED fixtures including curved and deformed shapes such as "pillar wraps," "cylindrical surfaces," and "box types," allowing you to realize free in-store expressions such as seasonal appeals and sale announcements.

Can weather and news be automatically distributed in real-time?
Yes, we offer a "Real-time News Distribution" option that allows for the automatic update and distribution of the latest news, weather, and stock price information from major news agencies.
By interweaving "useful information" in addition to advertising content, you can expect an increase in the visibility rate.
Once set, it automatically updates to the latest information, so there is no operational hassle.
Because the information is provided by major media, you can distribute highly reliable content.
Can you produce video content for us?
Yes, we also accept the production of video content exclusively for your company that goes beyond the scope of templates.
Starting with adding telops and BGM after you provide the materials, we can also handle design adjustments and animation production.

In addition to estimating the number of passersby/viewers by gender/age and measuring attention levels based on viewing time, etc., weekly and monthly automatic aggregate reports are also possible, which you can use for operation optimization based on data.

Yes, you can easily create distribution content just by replacing photos and text without specialized design knowledge or dedicated software.
