STEP 1
Request confirmation
Please let us know the location where you will install the signage (in-store, sales floor, register area, etc.), purpose, monitor size, target number of stores, and presence or absence of content production. For multi-store rollouts, please also consult with us on the operation image, such as simultaneous rollouts for all stores or segmented rollouts by store.
STEP 2
Proposal / Estimate
Based on your request, we will propose the optimal configuration according to the store scale and number of units, and will submit a quote in approximately 3 business days.
STEP 3
Application
Once the start date and target stores are decided, please contact us again. For formal orders, after agreeing to our terms and conditions, you will need to fill out and seal the dedicated documents.
STEP 4
Delivery & Preparation Period
We will deliver the product 2-3 weeks after your formal order. During this period, you can check the communication environment of each store, have on-site staff learn how to operate it, and prepare the initial distribution content. Even for multiple stores, initial settings can be made collectively by the head office.
STEP 5
Start of Service
Once installed in each store and connection testing is complete, operations can begin. Thereafter, you can perform simultaneous distribution to all stores or switch displays for individual stores from a head office computer.
STEP 6
After-sales Service
Clomoni STBs come with a six-month equipment warranty. We will carefully assist you with questions about operation, equipment issues, and even consultations after operation has begun, such as adding stores or changing layouts.
