Digital Agency utilizes Clomoni as office signage for operational efficiency

We introduced the cloud-based digital signage "Clomoni" for the signage intended for staff members installed in the main elevator hall of the Digital Agency.

The Digital Agency previously operated office signage offline. With the goal of streamlining content updates, they considered switching to online management (cloud management) and adopted "Clomoni", which allows for easy cloud management with simple operations.

I am happy because the trouble of signage management is greatly reduced by introducing "Clomoni".

We publish our Policy Dashboard on the Digital Agency website. Previously, we displayed this dashboard in the elevator hall of our office to promote a culture of information sharing and data-driven decision-making within the Digital Agency. However, with the previous mechanism, there were operational challenges, such as the need for specialized terminal operation and physical maintenance for adding or replacing display screens.

By introducing Clomoni, we are able to perform updates from a cloud-based management screen, which significantly reduced the time and effort for equipment maintenance and update work. As a result, we were able to allocate resources to other tasks and increase the frequency of displaying new dashboards and updating data on existing dashboards. Also, this time, by introducing STB and SIM cards, installation in new locations became easier. Previously, it was only displayed in the elevator hall, but after the introduction, we have installed it in the office area and the Minister's office as well. Since we can easily increase the number of signs just by performing simple initial settings from the management screen and preparing an available monitor, we are now able to respond with a sense of speed when requests arise from within the Agency.

We would like to continue expanding the locations where dashboards are displayed and lead to the revitalization of a culture of data-driven decision-making within the ministry.
