Warranty Content

If a failure occurs under normal conditions of use in accordance with the instruction manual, etc., we will provide a free repair or replacement at our discretion within six months from the date of delivery.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty applies only to our product itself. Accessories (HDMI cables, remote controls, AC adapters, SIM cards), consumables (including built-in batteries), saved data, etc., are not covered by the warranty.

Exclusions from Warranty

Even within the warranty period, the following cases are not covered by the warranty.

(1) Failure or damage caused by use without following the instruction manual, labels attached to the main unit, or other precautions.
(2) Failure or damage caused by modifications (including painting, decoration, use of non-genuine parts, etc.), disassembly, or repairs by parties other than our company.
(3) Failure or damage caused by dropping or transportation accidents after delivery.
(4) Failure or damage caused by man-made disasters, natural disasters, pollution, salt damage, abnormal voltage, or water damage.
(5) Failure or damage caused by use while mounted on a vehicle or ship.
(6) Failure or damage caused by improper storage methods.
(7) Wear or dents in resin processing or plating, or damage or corrosion of plastic parts.
(8) Inspection or repair where the cause of failure lies outside of the product itself.
(9) Replacement of accessories or consumables (including built-in batteries).
(10) Loss of data or malfunctions due to software alteration.
(11) Loss of data or applications, or malfunctions due to additional app installation.
(12) Use outside of Japan.
(13) Failure or damage due to other circumstances for which our company cannot be held responsible under general social standards.


Parts removed for repair or replacement will be reclaimed by our company.
The warranty period will not be extended due to the replacement or installation of parts.
This warranty promises various services and does not limit the legal rights of the customer.
