Background of Adoption

At Tower Records, we previously updated signage content using USB, distributing it to stores nationwide to switch. However, this method was a heavy burden for both headquarters and the on-site staff, and as a result of considering cloud-based solutions, we adopted "Clomoni." In addition, regarding USB operations, with loss becoming a social issue in recent years, anxiety over security was also one of the factors that led to the decision to move to the cloud.

At Tower Records, we currently use "Clomoni" for the digital signage installed in our stores. Since we had previously updated video data for display at each store, it placed a work burden on staff, and switching display content couldn't be done frequently, making it difficult to show content according to our desired schedule.

By introducing "Clomoni," we became able to update everything at once from headquarters, eliminating the burden on stores. It also became easier to schedule and we were able to increase the amount of content shown.
