LEDVANCE Japan Ltd., a lighting manufacturer that develops products such as LEDs and solar power systems. BEEATS was in charge of the exhibition booth for the 55th JAPAN SHOP 2026, providing total support from planning, design, and construction.

Booth design that conveys the charm of the brand in a large-scale venue

-Proposal Background-

For this exhibition, they were considering creating a booth that could convey the appeal of their products and the "LEDVANCE" brand to visitors. Also, even under the condition of a co-exhibition*, a booth design was needed to realize an exhibition space that could effectively promote their brand.

*Co-exhibitors: Bridgelux, Koyo Electric, Bweetech Electronics Technology (in no particular order)

- Challenge -

• I want to appeal the products and the LEDVANCE brand
• I also want to show consideration for co-exhibitors
• Support system based on the premise of design, price, and small-team operation

Booth design that improves visibility and flow, making it easy for visitors to enter

-Points of booth design-

• Main sign to enhance eye-catching from a long distance
• Sub-signs that categorize multiple products so that visitors can easily find the items they are looking for
• Adopted materials with a sense of openness to ensure visitor flow
• A stylish space with a black-based frame structure

A main sign was installed at the top of the booth to make it easy to recognize the company and brand even from a distance. We created a booth design that allows people to feel a sense of unity as LEDVANCE Japan even in a co-exhibition environment. In addition, the upper signage categorizes multiple products, realizing a display configuration where visitors can easily find the items they want.

Furthermore, by incorporating materials with a sense of openness so as not to create too many walls, we designed a layout that does not impair the visitor's flow and a space that is easy for visitors to stop by naturally.

Expressing product strength and technical capabilities through the space

By organizing the visibility and display structure of the entire booth, we realized a space where visitors can notice the existence of the booth even from a distance. With an open layout, we designed a space that considers visitor flow and is a booth that is easy to stop by naturally. By creating a display structure that makes product strength and technical capabilities easy to convey even in a limited space, we achieved a booth design that also considers cost-performance.
