For "CEATEC 2025," one of Japan's largest exhibitions themed on digital innovation, the company exhibited jointly with RAKUSUL group companies Novasell Inc. and Josys Inc. BEEATS CO.,LTD. provided total support, ranging from planning and design to construction, staff arrangement, and operation management.

Booth operation that maximizes participation in the 3-company joint exhibition

This time, we participated in a 3-company joint exhibition including Raksul, so we secured areas where each company could independently conduct business negotiations while within the same booth.
By placing the flow line in the center of the booth, we adopted a layout that allows visitors to naturally browse according to their purposes.
Furthermore, based on past exhibition results, we estimated the number of visitors and lead acquisition rates, and built an efficient customer service and business negotiation flow through hourly KPI management by the operation team.

Creating a space that draws attention and allows for natural circulation

-Points of booth design-

• A space featuring a large seminar stage facing the main circulation path to capture visitors' attention
• Installed a print reception desk at the back of the booth to provide a realistic "Raksul" service experience
• Business negotiations/demo spaces with each company's brand zone arranged in parallel, naturally guiding visitors based on their interests
• Company logos of RAKUSUL Inc., along with the logos of their business divisions and group companies, are displayed at the center, making them visible even from a distance

Booth design that naturally guides visitor traffic and attention through the layout of stages, service experiences, and brand zones.
With open movement flow and warm wood-grain construction, we finished the design with both advanced technology and friendliness, even among digital innovation exhibitions.
We achieved a space that naturally sparks interest and invites people in.

Achieved triple the target negotiation rate with strategic zoning and precise operational design

-Results-

We organized the complex conditions of a "3-company joint exhibition" and built a consistent structure from visual design to flow and operations.
We realized a booth structure that attracts visitor attention while being "easy to use and easy to operate." On the day, the operation team implemented staff placement, real-time flow optimization, brushed up sales talk, and provided quick follow-ups for visitor responses. As a result, we reached our lead generation targets and achieved more than triple the target for business meeting appointment rates.
