Introduction of Clomoni for In-house Signage at SUGIKO Co., Ltd.

SUGIKO Co., Ltd., which provides rental of various temporary equipment, technical support, and safety consulting. In order to strengthen internal information dissemination for employees working at sales offices and equipment centers nationwide, they introduced the cloud-based digital signage "Clomoni" at 11 facilities. It is utilized for a wide range of internal communications, from sharing presidential policies to important notices from departments such as HR and Development.

Delivering internal information to each base reliably and speedily

ーBackground and Issues of Introductionー

There was a need for an environment that could speedily and effectively disseminate internal information to employees at each location. The aim was to regularly distribute presidential policies to always visualize company-wide target values, thoroughly disseminate health check content and internal event information, and increase the degree of information penetration among employees. Furthermore, they consulted with us about introducing cloud-based digital signage as a means to reach each location simultaneously and efficiently for a wide variety of internal PR, such as notices about new system introductions from the HR department and guidance on newly introduced equipment from the Development department.

BEEATS supported not only the provision of the signage system, but also everything from site surveys to equipment installation and construction work at all locations. We visited each facility and verified "where to install to most catch the eyes of employees" while talking directly with the staff on-site. We built an environment where a wide variety of information naturally enters the field of vision and is reliably spread.

Strengthening internal information dissemination with the introduction of 19 units at 11 facilities

Since the start of introduction in April 2025, 19 signage units are operating across 11 facilities as of July 2026. By utilizing it as an internal information dissemination tool across multiple locations, we support the creation of an environment where notices and shared matters can be smoothly delivered to each facility. Currently, they are considering additional introductions to sales offices outside the Kanto region, and utilization for strengthening information sharing at more bases is expected in the future.
