Tsukui was working on improving the motivation and engagement of its approximately 20,000 employees.
However, important information such as personnel systems, welfare benefits, and training did not reach all employees equally through paper media such as posters, leading to issues with variations in information delivery.
Against this background, they considered introducing digital signage as a means to reliably and timely deliver information to all employees. Among them, the "group distribution function," which allows for the delivery of different content by area, in addition to cost and ease of operation, was the deciding factor for introducing "Clomoni."
