Unexpected design and spatial design that leads to deep dialogue

-Proposal Background-

While last year's exhibition achieved success in terms of impact and traffic with a professional wrestling-themed booth, there was room for further optimization in visitor flow and demonstration space utilization. For this exhibition, we proposed a booth design that builds on those improvements while delivering even greater presence and focusing on the "conversion rate" into business negotiations.

- Challenge -

• In addition to the number of booth visit leads and seminar leads, I want to emphasize the "negotiation conversion rate"
• I want to realize both ease of entry and visibility by being conscious of the main flow and visitor line of sight
• Want to zone multiple services (SPPM, AI, Server) by solution

Booth design that enhances impact and visibility

-Points of booth design-

• Layout design emphasizing openness and accessibility
• Design based on green, with high affinity for the image character "Super Sasadango Machine"
• Induction flow to seated business negotiations that can transition smoothly from product experience
• Appeal using LED monitors for high visibility even from a distance

We maximized the characteristics of the three-sided open booth location, placing large wall signs to ensure visibility from any direction in the aisle. Furthermore, by utilizing LED monitors, we created a stylish booth while achieving an eye-catching effect.

Additionally, to facilitate business negotiations, the display tables were designed with enough width for staff and customers to stand side-by-side for comfortable demonstrations. By designing an operational flow that naturally leads from the demonstration to a seating space, we realized a space that generates high-quality dialogue.

Through a highly visible design that utilizes large wall panels and LEDs, we caught the visitors' eyes and realized customer attraction. In addition, we contributed to the promotion of "business negotiation conversion" through solution displays organized by issue, smooth guidance to a spacious negotiation space, and an operational system with clarified roles.
