Nulab Inc. provides the project and task management tool "Backlog" and the online whiteboard tool "Cacoo" for collaboration. BEEATS was in charge of the design, planning, and management of the entire venue and each product booth for the "Nulab Conference 2025," hosted by Nulab Inc. at Shinagawa Intercity Hall.

Conference space design that embodies the brand philosophy

-Proposal Background-

The project and task management tool "Backlog" celebrated its 20th anniversary in June 2025. With the desire to share Nulab Inc.'s brand message, "To create a world where 'I'm glad we worked together in this team'," they proposed a new concept called "teamwork management" and held this conference to deliver it to more people.

For this conference, the goal was not just to present products or conduct business negotiations, but to create a "place for co-creation," requiring a complex space design that included not only a hall for the main presentation, but also a workshop area and product booths for Nulab Inc. and sponsors.

In the past, BEEATS supported Nulab Inc.'s exhibition participation, building a relationship of trust. Based on that strong relationship and track record, we were entrusted with this conference because we had the foundation to accurately grasp their goals and requests. Space design that integrates the conference, exhibition, and social gathering

-Implementation Details-

• Stage script creation and directing
• Novelty production
• Staffing, operational manual creation, and event management
• Catering arrangements for the social gathering

We designed and planned the entire venue and each company booth. In the hall where Stage A was held, we installed banners with the conference and sponsor names on both sides, as well as side wall panels.

For Stage B, which was used for workshops, sponsor booths, and the social gathering, we received a request to "deepen teamwork management." To promote interaction with sponsors, we placed the stage and booths in the same space. Furthermore, we designed a flow that makes it easy for visitors to navigate, creating a space that encourages diverse interactions.

To support the conference, we handled novelty production, staff arrangements, and the creation of operational manuals to ensure smooth operations on the day of the event. Furthermore, for the social gathering held after the conference, we realized smooth operations by using items that could be installed in a short time, such as pre-assembling the base for the award ceremony back banner.

Creating a conference where brand philosophy can be "experienced"

-Results-

A total of 8 sessions were held by 19 speakers, attracting many participants. This event, which expected 500 attendees, became a space where diverse interaction and communication flourished thanks to safe and smooth operations. It became an event where visitors could "experience" the brand philosophy of "teamwork management," and served as a new venue for Nulab Inc. to share their message. Supporting the company's vision through space design was a meaningful opportunity for BEEATS as well.
