To make use of the large booth and lead to service understanding

-Background and Challenges-

For this exhibition, we needed to create a space that took advantage of the 4-sided open, wide-frontage booth conditions, making it easy for visitors to stop by from any direction. At the same time, it was important to design a space that not only made the large area look open, but also increased the presence of the brand and led to an understanding of the service content. Therefore, mindful of visibility, flow, and ease of interaction, we aimed for a communication space where the value offered by "coorum" is naturally conveyed.

An exhibition booth that encourages step-by-step service understanding centered on "Honne" (true feelings)

-Booth Design and Layout Points-

  • The word "Honne" (true feelings), which symbolizes the service, is turned into a giant monument to create a strong eye-catcher
  • A gateway structure is provided at the entrance to trigger the psychology of "wanting to go inside"
  • Expressing the brand's worldview based on the brand colors of orange and white
  • Utilizing the backyard wall as an appeal surface for service details, and using large letters and numbers to stimulate visitor interest
  • Areas introducing service strengths are placed towards the main traffic flow to appeal at key points
  • Designed a configuration that separates the roles of information at the entrance, center, and back, allowing for step-by-step understanding of content, strengths, and details

Taking advantage of the 4-sided open, wide-frontage booth conditions, we designed a space that allows visitors to easily recognize the booth from any direction. The entire booth is composed based on the brand colors of orange and white. We gave the color scheme a sense of unity so that the brand image of "coorum" is conveyed throughout the space. Furthermore, focusing on a giant monument of the word "Honne" (true feelings), which symbolizes the service, we organized the appeal content at the entrance, center, and back. We aimed for an exhibition booth where information does not become scattered even within a large booth, and service content, strengths, and details can be conveyed in stages.

Creating an exhibition space that communicates the value of the service

-Results-

By creating a space based on the brand colors of orange and white and impressively placing the word "Honne" (true feelings) as a monument, the booth intuitively evokes the theme of "customer's true feelings" handled by "coorum." By providing multiple appeal surfaces for the wide frontage, we created a space where visitors can easily grasp the booth's message from any position. It realized an exhibition booth that makes it easy to convey the value offered by "coorum," as the service overview, strengths, and detailed information naturally catch the eye.

What is the "coorum" true-feeling data platform?

"coorum" is a platform that improves all aspects of CX by collecting, AI-analyzing, and utilizing zero-party data (customer's true feelings data) based on community tools and research tools. It collects and visualizes "customer's true feelings" such as usage realities of products and services, and the backgrounds and emotions behind actions, which cannot be understood from digital behavioral data alone, and realizes the maximization of product development, brand strategy, and marketing effects. Communities that create continuous touchpoints with customers not only improve customer loyalty, but also enable the collection of customer feedback and analysis of customer insights, supporting business growth by reflecting customer voices and insights in business decision-making such as marketing, PR, and product development.
