Nippon Ham, which develops business in all fields related to food, including ham, sausage, meat, processed foods, marine products, dairy products, natural seasonings, and health foods. They hold group exhibitions every New Year to introduce next year's new products, new promotions, and future initiatives.
The "2026 Nipponham Group Product & Sales Promotion Briefing" was held at two venues in Tokyo and Osaka, and following the previous year, BEEATS was in charge of a wide range of preparations and operations from booth construction to the production of exhibits.

-Proposal Background-

The Nippon Ham "Product & Sales Promotion Briefing" is a large-scale in-house exhibition that we have been involved in multiple times in the past, starting last year. As the purpose of the exhibition, the times, and visitor expectations change each time, we have been required to make updates based on the achievements and issues of the previous year.

For this event as well, we reorganized the spatial composition and communication of information to improve the quality of the visitor experience, based on the know-how cultivated through past operational achievements. During the preliminary review stage, we proposed multiple planning and design ideas, and worked together to build the optimal exhibition image while comparing the aims and effects of each.

For this exhibition, we organized a dedicated team to support everything from the planning stage to day-of operations. In addition to planning, design, and construction, we handled everything up to staff arrangement and operational management on the day with a large-scale system.
Inside the venue, we started from the introduction theater and organized zones by theme. While clarifying each role, we designed the flow so that visitors could wander around without getting lost, aiming to promote understanding of the exhibits and improve the value of their stay.
