Booth design that maximizes visitor experience

-Proposal Points-

  • Booth design and planning conscious of the latest trends and openness, standing out even from a distance
  • Layout and flow design that is easy to enter, not easy to pass through, and allows for guidance tailored to needs
  • A composition that conveys benefits concisely with the optimal amount of information and allows for visual understanding of business and usage methods

Although this was our first time working together, we were given the opportunity to make a proposal through a competition.
BEEATS proposed several design concepts centered on three points: "a booth with presence," "a layout that is easy to invite people into," and "business and usage methods that are visually communicated." Our approach, which expressed novelty different from conventional booths and the brand's worldview in three dimensions, was evaluated and selected.
Emphasizing visitor traffic flow and stay experience, we realized a space design that balances eye-catching and a sense of openness.

An exhibition space with a sense of openness and presence, realized with 4-side openness and circular objects

-Points of booth design-

  • Maximizing the sense of openness with a complete 4-side open structure and large floor area
  • A booth design that symbolizes science with multi-layered circular objects, achieving both information transfer and novelty
  • A space where lines of sight are not blocked, enhancing visibility from a distance and attraction effect
  • Arranging objects by key theme to organize and disperse information, promoting understanding
  • The bright blue floor sheet visually defines the boundaries of the booth, creating a sense of unity and cleanliness throughout the space

The booth is open on all 4 sides, creating an atmosphere of openness with a large floor area and sense of transparency. The multi-layered circular object in the center symbolizes science while also organizing and dispersing information, increasing visibility from a distance and attraction effect. With a three-dimensional composition that ensures smooth traffic flow, the design allows visitors to naturally understand the brand experience.

Gaining high attention with a "one-of-a-kind" design

-Results-

Due to its unique shape, it attracted a lot of attention, and many people visited to take pictures. It became a booth that especially captured attention throughout the entire exhibition, contributing significantly to brand awareness improvement and the creation of points of contact with visitors.
