Gaussy Inc., which provides "Roboware," a subscription-based monthly warehouse robot service. They exhibited at "Logis-Tech Tokyo 2025," one of Asia's largest specialized exhibitions in the logistics field, and BEEATS provided total support from planning and design to architectural design, construction, and staff arrangement.

Large-scale booth design with logistics equipment and robots as the main attractions

-Proposal Background-

There was a demand for an exhibition booth that avoided flashy decorations and featured logistics equipment and robots as the main attractions. Furthermore, there was a need for an experiential spatial design that combined video production and robot operation displays, as well as a simple, open flow line that utilized the wide frontage.

- Challenge -

• Lowering the barrier to entry and considering accessibility
• A system that can flexibly respond to changes in exhibits is needed
• Cost optimization is also necessary as a challenge unique to large booths

The deciding factor for selection was the design capability utilizing the height of the booth and the perspective of attracting customers

BEEATS' proposal, which maximizes the scale of large-scale booths, was highly evaluated because Gaussy had not been able to fully utilize height in previous exhibitions. In addition, the proposal, which looked ahead to customer attraction effects in addition to construction, was the deciding factor, and we were selected as their partner for this event.

Open and highly visible booth design utilizing trusses

-Points of booth design-

• Utilizing trusses to post logos and monitors in high positions to emphasize presence
• Erecting trusses from the middle of the booth depth to reduce the sense of oppression at the front
• Production of ceiling-hanging signs using tarpaulin material (bag-sealing process) to achieve lightweight and high visibility
• An open layout that does not obstruct robot displays, creating a space that is easy for visitors to enter

The high composition utilizing trusses ensures visibility that can be recognized even from a distance, while realizing an open display space. In addition, brand colors are reflected, creating a design that does not feel oppressive despite being a large booth, and highlights logistics equipment and robots as the main attractions.

By utilizing trusses to create a high-profile composition, we balanced presence and openness, creating a display space that highlights the robots. While taking advantage of the scale unique to large booths, we have realized an open space where visitors can easily stop by.
