Renovating offices in two locations: Tokyo and Osaka

BEEATS relocated its two business offices, the Tokyo Headquarters in 2020 and the Osaka Main Office in 2023. Upon relocation, we launched a project team centered around our in-house construction management team, considered "how a BEEATS-like office should be," and carried out everything from design and planning to construction.

Points of Office Renovation

• Creating a smart office impression by using monotone colors centered on gray tones and furniture that makes use of wood grain
• A custom LED sign in the shape of the BEEATS logo is placed at the entrance to connect to corporate branding
• Installed line lighting to create a sense of advancement and speed (efficiency)
• In the meeting rooms, lighting materials such as indirect lighting and spotlights are used as accents
• In the office, mobile storage boxes and partition-free desks are placed to allow for flexible seating changes for each project
• Power strips and cables, which tend to become cluttered, are routed to be unobtrusive, while storage boxes are placed where necessary
• Office signage uses "Clomoni" to streamline content management
