Notice Regarding Change of Shareholder of BEEATS CO.,LTD.

BEEATS CO.,LTD. (President: Matahiro Kashiwagi, Chuo-ku, Osaka, hereinafter "BEEATS"), which co-creates brand experiences in the retail domain, announces that as of October 31, 2025, the company's shareholder has changed from the Marunouchi Capital No. 2 Investment Limited Partnership operated by Marunouchi Capital Co., Ltd. to a special purpose company of the MCP6 Investment Limited Partnership, which is entrusted for operation by MCP Capital Co., Ltd. (President: Masahide Sato, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter "MCP Capital").
With this, we will transition to a structure where MCP Capital supports our management as a new shareholder.

Since its founding, BEEATS has leveraged its strengths in creative design capabilities and the creation of high-quality output based on brand concepts to support the marketing activities of client companies, focusing on brand communication at real contact points such as stores and events.

In the future, we will leverage the management expertise and extensive network of MCP Capital, which upholds the philosophy of "realizing sustainable growth of Japanese companies," to further develop the marketing support capabilities based on real contact points that BEEATS has cultivated, and further enhance the value we provide to client companies.

In addition, through the collaboration between the two companies, we will further strengthen our management foundation, more deeply realize BEEATS's mission of "co-creating customer experiences in the retail domain," and create new experiential values that connect brands and consumers.

Please note that there will be no major changes to our business content or management structure due to this matter, and we will continue our business as usual.
