Notice regarding Eruboshi certification under the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace

"Eruboshi" certification is a system for evaluating company initiatives based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace. It is granted by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare when certain requirements are met, such as the excellent status of implementing initiatives.

What is Eruboshi certification

The "Eruboshi" certification is a system that evaluates companies actively working to promote the success of women, providing a 3-level star rating.
Our company satisfied the evaluation criteria for "Recruitment," "Work styles such as working hours," "Ratio of women in management positions," and "Diverse career courses," and was certified as a "2-star" company, the second level of the 3-level system.
