We introduced the cloud-based digital signage "Clomoni" in multiple properties managed and operated by Mitsui Fudosan Building Management, with the aim of further strengthening in-house guidance for those who use the facility and information dissemination for tenants.

What becomes an issue in signage operation for multiple facilities is the work burden of the person in charge. "Clomoni" is equipped with a UI that can be operated intuitively, and content can be easily updated and managed even without specialized knowledge. Due to this, from timely replacement of event schedules to flexible distribution for each installation location, this is realized smoothly while suppressing the operational load on the field.
