Money Forward, Inc., which provides a variety of services including "Money Forward Cloud Keiyaku," as well as cloud services for back offices such as accounting, invoicing, human resources, and legal affairs, and asset management services for individuals. BEEATS was in charge of the exhibition booth for Back Office World 2026 Spring Tokyo, providing total support from planning, design, and construction.

Appeal reorganization and booth optimization utilizing knowledge from continuous exhibition

-Proposal Background-

Back Office World is one of the exhibitions that the company continuously exhibits at, and we have been in charge of booth production multiple times in the past.
Through such exhibition experience, we have accumulated knowledge about visitor flow, points where they tend to stop, and expressions that are easy to convey, and we were required to make a proposal based on those experiences this time as well.

Also, at this exhibition, a wide variety of visitors interested in the back-office area visit, so creating a booth that intuitively conveys "what kind of service it is" and "what kind of issues it can solve" within a limited time was an important theme.

- Challenge -

• Need to have visitors understand the service content instantly
• I want to prevent leaks in promotion in a 3-sided open booth where traffic is expected from multiple directions
• Need ingenuity to maximize effects within budget while looking ahead to multiple future exhibitions

Booth design that utilizes LED monitors to enhance visibility and messaging

• Main appeal with high visibility utilizing LED monitors
• A layout that utilizes the 3-sided opening and conveys information from any direction
• Wall design conscious of the balance between information volume and openness

To solve the issue, we adopted LED monitors for the tower placed in the eye-catching zone that serves as the centerpiece of the booth.
Through video expression that is easy to notice even from a distance, we created a configuration that can concisely convey the features of the service and the issues it can solve while attracting the attention of visitors.

Also, based on past exhibition experience, we assumed visitor movements that differ depending on the aisle.
Utilizing the characteristics of the 3-sided opening, we devised the arrangement of walls, towers, and demo tables so that the message reaches from any direction.

Furthermore, from multiple proposals, we also presented cost-reduction plans by reusing materials and reviewing the configuration.
We realized a booth design that can demonstrate maximum effect within the budget.
