Store Design/Store Design
le PÈRE Flagship
Location: Lower East Side, New York City
A new store for the apparel brand le PÈRE opened at the corner of Orchard and Broome Streets in the Lower East Side of New York. A unique facade that suits this city, known for its innovative design, catches the eye, and as you step into the store, which boasts a size of about 1,000 square feet, a mysterious charm spreads that makes you wonder if it is a store, a home, or an art studio. It is characterized by a design that exquisitely blends modern and historical elements with a sense of playfulness.
PatBO Miami
Location: Miami Design District, Miami, FL
The first South American flagship store for the fashion brand PatBO opened in the Miami Design District. By integrating two floors of an existing building, BOND created a sophisticated space where the PatBO collection stands out. BOND developed a design based on materials that bring out PatBO's feminine charm to the fullest, and soft geometric patterns. A sculptural staircase creates rhythm in the space and naturally connects each floor.
Office & Showroom
PatBO NY HQ
Location: Flatiron District, New York City
A new office and showroom serving as the global hub for the Brazilian fashion brand PatBo has been born in the Flatiron District of New York. The spacious 650-square-meter area, occupying the entire top floor of a seven-story building, consists of two showrooms, an open-plan office, a conference room, and a space to host guests. At this location, PatBo conducts various business activities, including merchandise purchasing, creative work, and meetings with influencers.
BOND, which handled the interior design, aimed to blend the romantic world of PatBo with the building's open and slightly rugged atmosphere. By using large glass panels instead of walls to partition the rooms, the design allows plenty of natural light, creating an open and transparent space. Furthermore, the studio combined pink-painted scaffolding with the warmth of wood and polished brass to create a playful environment. The colorful PatBo clothing and large foliage plants placed here and there evoke the vibrant atmosphere of Brazil.
Kith x BMW Showroom
Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY
A dream collaboration between the New York-based sneaker select shop Kith and the German automaker BMW for the first time. In addition to an apparel and accessory collection consisting of 94 items, a special one-of-a-kind BMW 1989 E30 M3 also appears. This special car is displayed like a piece of contemporary art and introduced along with items that celebrate the history and future of BMW. The museum-like space features a large M-shaped passageway. As you step into the stylish space based on chrome, black, and white, you are greeted by BMW logos reinterpreted from Kith's unique perspective and nostalgic advertisements arranged in a modern way.

Housing Works Bookstore
Location: Chelsea, New York City
Design on a Dime is a highly anticipated annual event in the interior design industry held in New York. Participating designers compete in creativity by producing original spaces and objects under the constraint of a limited budget.
As part of Design on a Dime 2022, the secondhand bookstore Housing Works Bookstore collaborated with design studio BOND to create a unique book display space. BOND crafted stainless steel objects characterized by playful geometric patterns. As if they were dominoes, books were lined up on these objects, completing a loop of books surrounding the entire space.
This exhibit highlighted the individuality of the Housing Works Bookstore in the Soho district of New York. This bookstore is not just a secondhand book shop; it is operated by Housing Works, an organization that supports people suffering from HIV/AIDS. They stock a wide variety of books, from new releases to rare titles, and all sales are used to support their activities. Furthermore, the bookstore also carries out a unique initiative of selling books not just one by one, but grouped by genre, color, or size, and sold by length.
